4.1. Object
Regulate online ticket purchases for the festival FestiKids Festival.

4.2. Purchase process
The purchase is made through the website, by selecting tickets and completing the payment. Confirmation will be sent by email.

4.3. Prices and payment methods

• Prices shown in euros (€), including VAT.

   

• Payment methods: bank card, PayPal and other authorized methods.

   

4.4. Ticket Delivery
Tickets are sent in digital format to the email address provided.

4.5. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Article 103.l) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services with a specific date or period of execution.
Refunds will only be accepted in the event of cancellation of the event.

4.6. Cancellations and modifications
The organization reserves the right to modify dates, times or programming due to force majeure, committing to inform and offer solutions.

4.7. Responsibility
The organizer will not be responsible for damages or losses caused by reasons beyond its control.

4.8. Rules of conduct at the festival
It is prohibited:

• Introducing dangerous objects, drugs, or illegal substances.

   

• Accessing while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics.

   

• Violent or disrespectful behavior.

   

Failure to comply may result in expulsion without the right to a refund.
