Competition - jury
Videos submitted within the specified timeframe to this e-mail The performances will be reviewed by the appointed jury, and a record will be drawn up and included in the FMAG documentation. This record will indicate the name of the selected students. The competition organizers will contact the winning students' school to inform them of the date for the award ceremony and recital at the Early Music Festival.
The Jury will consist of:
- The director of FESTIKIDS.
- A member of the FESTIKIDS organizing committee.
- The director of the FMAG.
- The Coordinator of the Pedagogical Cabinet of Fine Arts of the Development Delegation
Education and Vocational Training in Granada. - The director of the José Val del Omar School of Art and Design in Granada.
- A person designated by the sponsors of this edition.
Awards Gala
Three prizes will be awarded:
They all have in common
–Attend the Awards Ceremony on May 14, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the Federico García Lorca Center in Granada.
–Participate in the recital which will accompany the awards ceremony, which will be included within the framework of this edition of FESTIKIDS, within the FMAG.
–Receive a print from the "José Val del Omar" School of Art« from Granada, commemorating this year's Festival.
–Attend an Educational Concert within the framework of FESTIKIDS in the V Centenario space of the UGR, with the collaboration of La Madraza Centre of Contemporary Culture, on May 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
1st Prize
-Receive Educational and musical materials worth 350 euros awarded by FESTIKIDS.
2nd Prize
-Receive Educational and musical materials worth 300 euros awarded by FESTIKIDS.
3rd Prize
-Receive Educational and musical materials worth 200 euros awarded by FESTIKIDS.
Educational centers wishing to participate may register one student or group of students and for this purpose will send a document to the email address between February 23 and April 16, 2026 inclusive
with the following data:
🏫 Name of the educational center
👦 Name, surname and course of the applicant(s)
📹 Link to a video on YouTube or similar with the performance of a complete work of music composed up to 1750
