During the sessions, the selected repertoire, the figure and legacy of Manuel de Falla will be addressed in an integrated way, as well as practical proposals focused on inclusion and attention to diversity, with the aim of facilitating their direct application in the classroom from different subjects.

Faculty

Ana Isabel Polo Sánchez

APDI Coordination

I hold a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Granada and a Master's degree in Governance and Public Management from the Ortega y Gasset University Institute. For 15 years, I have developed a solid professional career in public administration, training, institutional innovation, and the management of national and international projects. As co-founder and deputy director of APDI Group, I have led large-scale European projects, including digital transformation initiatives funded by the European Union, such as improving the digital skills of over 30,000 employees of the Romanian Ministry of Public Administration.

I have extensive experience in the continuing education of public sector employees, both in public institutions, such as the School of Public Administration of Castile and León and the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), and in the private sector. My experience also includes coordinating public innovation observatories in institutions such as INAP and the Regional Government of Castile and León, as well as applied research and the design of administrative modernization strategies. I have taught in high-level international programs for Latin American public leaders and am the author of several publications on best practices, benchmarking, institutional knowledge, and public talent.

Accustomed to leading multidisciplinary teams, I am characterized by my analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results-oriented approach. I speak Spanish (native), English, and French with professional proficiency. I am convinced that improving society depends on collaboration, continuous learning, and evidence-based innovation.

Jorge Rodríguez Morata

Festikids Coordination

A native of Granada, he has been an Education Inspector since 2008, specializing in arts education. He has served as a high school principal and music teacher. He collaborates on the Master's program in Secondary Education with the University of Jaén and has also collaborated with the Pablo de Olavide University of Seville. He has been a contributor to print and radio media for over 15 years, including Granada Hoy and Hoy por Hoy on SER-Radio Granada, where he hosts a weekly "musical agenda" segment featuring interviews and the latest news on Granada's music scene. He directs the Festikids Festival in May and the Granada 2031 Unicaja Fusión Festival in October.

He has extensive experience in musical direction, management and promotion with numerous tours with orchestras and various musical groups throughout Europe and recording albums that have led him to collaborate with great national artists.

In the choral field, he has been a guest conductor in numerous Andalusian choirs and as principal conductor he has been of the Coral Ciudad de Granada, the Manuel de Falla Choir of the UGR, the Choir of the Pablo de Olavide University of Seville, the Choir of the Artistic Center and the Granada Chamber Choir.

Nicolás Hernández-Carrillo Valverde

Music Teacher

(Granada, 1978) Graduated in Theology and in History and Sciences of Music from the University of Granada. Studied Guitar at the Victoria Eugenia Conservatory of Granada.

Since 2006 he has been dedicated to music education in secondary schools, implementing innovative music learning techniques, especially in relation to music and new technologies.

Currently at the IES Fernando de los Ríos in Fuente Vaqueros, he develops numerous activities related to Lorca and music, reinterpreting the Lorca songbook with the school choir, along with Miguel Ríos, Anni B Sweet, Depedro, and Pasión Vega.

He coordinates the "Bravo por la Música" collective, made up of teachers from Granada, with whom he has recorded several music videos featuring over 300 children in each edition. He participated as musical coordinator and guitarist in the recording of Miguel Ríos' "Ode to Joy" with the Granada City Orchestra and 1,600 schoolchildren from Granada.

He also advises the Miguel Ríos Foundation on all aspects of education, and is a singer and songwriter in the Granada-based group "El Hombre Garabato," with whom he has released numerous works, most notably "Tierra," a tribute to Carlos Cano. He has collaborated with artists such as García from 091, Miguel Ríos, and Estrella Morente, to name a few of the most prominent.

Gádor Villalobos Villalobos

Counselor and Psychologist

A professional with a solid track record in the fields of psychology and training, specializing in the development and assessment of individuals in both educational and organizational contexts. Throughout her career, she has combined teaching, mentoring, and management roles, with particular expertise in the planning and coordination of training programs.

She currently plays a key role in the field of competitive examination preparation, where she not only provides specialized training but also leads the academic organization, supervises teaching teams, and provides individualized student support to optimize their performance. Her work also includes skills assessment, professional interviews, and profile analysis, offering a comprehensive view of the personal and professional development of candidates.

Her previous experience ranges from recruitment and human resources consulting to providing training in soft skills and career guidance, giving her a broad perspective on human behavior in diverse environments. This combination of knowledge provides her with a strong ability to analyze, support, and develop talent.

Sandra López

Therapeutic Pedagogy and Dance

An education professional with a strong commitment to addressing diversity and providing comprehensive support to students. Her career focuses on therapeutic pedagogy, where she actively works to promote the academic, emotional, and social development of students with specific educational needs.

She has a solid foundation in neuroeducation and child and family psychology, which allows her to deeply understand learning processes and adapt methodologies to each individual case. Her specialization in working with students with ASD strengthens her ability to design inclusive, structured, and effective interventions.

Throughout her professional experience, she has worked in both specialized support contexts and the regular classroom, which has allowed her to acquire a global vision of the education system.

She stands out for her involvement, sensitivity and commitment to personalized education, as well as for her ability to collaborate with teaching teams and families in improving the well-being and progress of students.
